Preserving, maintaining old bridge

In 1990, the Old Railroad Bridge Co. took possession of the bridge to maintain and preserve it as a landmark.

The Legislature recently passed legislation allowing the city of Sheffield to annex the bridge for the purpose of preserving and providing maintenance
